1. The Customer shall check the goods ultimately on arrival.
2. Any complaints with regard to relevant defects observable at inspection of the goods, as well as complaints in regards with quantity and products shall be made in written within 24 hours after the delivery, and include a complete description of the alleged defects together with photos or videos of the defective goods, failing to comply or meet the above requirement will lead to request becoming void.
3. Any claim of the Customer with regard to delivered goods shall also become void in the event that:
- The goods have been processed or the goods are otherwise not (or no longer) identifiable as originating from the Company;
- The defects are (also) caused by inexpert and/or incorrect treatment, use and/or storage or maintenance of the goods;
- The Customer has not given the Company the opportunity to investigate the complaints and to fulfill its obligations;
- The Customer has insufficiently and/or was unable to fulfill the obligation of the requirement.
4. The friction between the packages of the goods during transit may cause the leakage in the vacuum packing of the goods which does not affect its quality and can be safely consumed.
Refund & Exchange Policy
- Only defective or wrongly sent items can be exchanged or returned within seven (7) days from the Order Invoice date.
- Items to be exchanged or returned should be in original condition – uncooked, unopened with any related condiments included. If these conditions are not fulfilled, or anything is unreasonable, it will NOT be accepted for exchange or returns.
- Items to be exchanged or returned shall be delivered to us at the cost and expense of Jpin.my
- The company will not be responsible if our shipment is lost or damaged during the return transit.
- Exchange is only allowed for the same category of product. If that item is out of stock, you can choose a different online items to exchange: if the new item is of a higher price, you will have to pay for the amount difference.
- Please attach the original Order Invoice for all exchanges or returns.
- The company’s decision is final in each and any exchanges or return request.
- Once we approve your return request, we will refund store credit / voucher to your account for future purchases. Please note that we do not provide cash refund.
NOTE: You will NOT be entitled to an exchange or returns if any of the following applies:
- The goods returned are found to be not faulty or damaged and it correctly corresponds to the description displayed on our website and in your order
- Failure to notify us in writing within 24 hours after the delivery
- The goods are not returned in accordance with our exchange & return policy
- The goods are not returned within the given time period.
Exchange or Return by Courier Services
- All goods / items will be inspected on return.
- The goods are your responsibility until it reaches our store, please ensure it is properly packed and not damaged during transit.
- We will use our best endeavor to process any request for exchanges and returns but in the unfortunate event that the item returned is in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you at your cost or dispose of it accordingly.
- We’re not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
- We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or returns requests.
- We reserve the right NOT to accept exchange or return received after 7 days from the Order date.
- We reserve the right to exchange or return the goods as we deem fit
- We reserve the right to deny refund if the items / goods does not meet our Exchange & Return policy and guidelines,
If any requests are denied, you are required to pay the shipping and all return charges within seven (7) days upon notification, failure to comply shall be deemed as no longer interested in the items / goods and it shall be disposed or dealt with in any manner we deem fit, without any liability and/or further reference to you.
